Our Family Law Mediators are fully accredited Family Law Dispute Resolution Practitioners ('FDRP') with the Attorney General and the Federal Circuit and Family Law Court of Australia. Our mediators are also National Mediator Accreditation Standards (AMDRAS) accredited. The National Mediator Accreditation System ('AMDRAS') is a voluntary, industry based scheme introduced in January 2008 which insists on the highest standards for mediators in Australia and Asia Pacific. The AMDRAS accreditation scheme is overseen by the Mediator Standards Board ('MSB'). Our mediators are recognised by the Mediator Standards board.

We do not delay in the completion of your documentation after mediation and we will always endeavour to issue Section 60i certificates within 24 hours. Our service will also allow you to skip the public system waiting lists. So if you want your matter dealt with now, then we do recommend you using the Family Law Mediation service. If your matter is urgent then we may speed up processes so that you can move on with life promptly.3 – How much is Family Law Mediation?

We do not charge for our initial consultation. We can assess your matter for whether it is be suitable for mediation. We can conduct your intake from $200.00. We can issue a Family Law Court certificate from as little as $400.00 and we can review your documents from $200.00. Our 3-hour mediations start from $1000 per person and our 5-hour mediations start from $1350 per person. Our Property Agreements and Parenting Plans start from as little as $440. Our hourly rate is $440. If you would like full-service Mediation package we can provide a full package from $5000.00. We may offer payment plans or other discounts depending on your circumstances so please feel welcome to discuss your special circumstances with us4 – What Paperwork is required?

If you resolve your parenting dispute by way of mediation then you will need to have a Parenting Plan for the court. Similarly, if you resolve your property dispute by using mediation then you will require a Property Agreement. We endeavour to have these completed within 24 hours of your mediation being finalised.5 – How do I initiate mediation?
