About

Accredited Specialist Family Law Mediators

Family Law Mediation mediators are accredited as Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (‘FDRP’) by the Attorney-General Department to provide mediation services in accordance with the Family Law Act and the Federal Circuit and Family Law Court. Family Law Mediation mediators can service clients across Australia. We can attend in person, arrange for a local mediator or conduct mediations online using videoconferencing technology. Our mediators are accredited to conduct mediation of complex family law matters and matters where there are high levels of conflict. Our mediators are practising lawyers, and are also qualified to conduct family dispute resolution mediations as well as commercial dispute mediations.

We are a dedicated group of mediators who offer our mediation and dispute resolution services by way of direct engaged with the parties to the dispute or by way of bookings through your family lawyer. We are active listeners who take the time to listen to you and we understand how stressful and difficult many disputes can be. Our aim is to help you by facilitating the disputing parties to reach an agreement. This process involves us hearing your dispute, isolating the issues, and identifying areas of conflict so that we can help reach agreements that are mutually acceptable.
