What we do?
Our mediators will help you come to an agreement. Our mediators are neutral and do no make judgments. Our mediator creates an atmosphere that is safe so that the parties in a dispute can freely speak about the things that they are troubled by. Our mediator will allow both parties equal time to speak and will allow each party to suggest ways that the dispute can be resolved. Then our mediators will help reach an agreement if an agreement can be found. Our mediator will not take sides and will not give legal advice but they can assist you with documenting any agreement.
