Commercial Dispute Mediations

Our Family Law Mediation mediators are NMAS mediators who are accredited to mediate commercial disputes. In circumstances, where business disputes require the assistance of a neutral third party, then our mediators may be the best to help you obtain agreement and settle disputes. Commercial Mediation is a means for parties to settle a dispute without the need for court.

Commercial Mediation is voluntary. Our mediators do not impose a judgment or decision on parties. The role of the Commercial Mediator is to provide a forum and to facilitate open discussions between the parties. The Commercial Mediator can assist you to reach an agreement by helping the parties identify and clarify disputed issues.

Our Commercial Mediators can also assist in resolving commercial disputes by facilitating the parties to explore alternative remedies and solutions. Our mediators can also assist where resolution is impossible by narrowing or defining disputed issues, and by helping the parties to develop options that may lead to an agreement or resolution.

Mediation aims to reduce adversity, preserve relationships, and allow the timely, cost-effective resolution of disputes. Mediation parties can agree to mediate at any stage regardless of whether proceedings or litigation is underway.
